GMC question. 2007 Sierra Crewcab 4x4 What changes if you change the original wheels with larger wheels.?

GMC 20 inch wheels with 275/55SR20 Goodyear Eagle LS-2 tires transfered from 2007 Sierra 1500 Crewcab 4x4 with SLT trailering package with 3.73 rear end, to a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 crewcab 4x4 with Max trailering package that had 17 inch wheels with Bridgestone
Hmmm... 275/55-20 vs. 265/70-17 - is there a difference in outside tire diameter? If not, you might be able to get away without recalibrating the computer. But you will have to relearn the tire pressure sensor posittions.

The tires are Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S 265/70R17. The wheels are in used but great condition. I used the sticker weights that go on the inside of the wheel for the high speed balancing. The rest of them are in great used condition. I am asking $750 plus shipping for the set. They may be used inside and out for white letters to show. I am selling a set of stock 17" wheels from my 4runner. 00 plus shipping from Tirerack. I put that wheel in the picture below. Tires alone are $516. These tires are 99% new. Shipping can get expensive so local pickup is a better idea. I will entertain reasonable offers. They still have the sidewall nubs.
