want it to be electric start what parts and where do i find them, the engine will at min get new rings and gaskets i need to pull the head and measure the cyl's i wand to put as many new parts as possible idler,carb,magneto, armature, sweet stack. i need a short hood side panel so that i can replicate it. thank you for taking your time and giving me a hand on this build im really juiced on the prospect of running around with a 1946 restored welder in my tuck instead of a plain Jane ranger 8... a 1946 short hood and it wasn't exactly what i wanted but the price was right. now i feel this burning urge to fix it up all bad like and run the hell out of it. here is my list of things i need/ want and any pointers or tips, vendors and ideas are much appreciated. i got my mitts on a short hood. m/obsomenu....
