why does my 2001 toyota camry tires makes a annoying squeaking noise when coasting below 25 mph?

when driving slow my two front tires squeak pretty loud and noticeable. the noise stops when i apply the breaks. it also occurs when accelerating or coasting and then goes away once i reach over 20 mph.
check your rotors, brake (are they lose), and brake caliper (may be pushing brakes against rotor at all times) and get some wd-40

I had someone take the video, gave her instructions and she shot the video closely based on how I asked her to do it. It took a few takes so instead of having her take it again, I just took the best take of the lot. Here’s a video of my car: a 2001 Toyota Camry Modified. • Flowmaster S40 exhaust (one of two things I needed help installing) • NGK Iridium plugs • Cross drilled rotors • Ceramic brake pads • Strut bar • Stage 1 clutch (5-speed manual) • Halo headlights • Clear corner lights • Altezza rear lights •... I get into the car and drive it, show the intake, strut bar, overall engine, and a bit of the exhaust. In this video, you see a clip of my car being driven. com I did all the modifications myself, except the lambo door hinges and the exhaust (welding was required). Note: the video didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted....
