With your additional info of working for Allstate – just about ANY independent insurance agent can handle this. They insure your rims as "additional or specialized equipment. Normally you will end up spending $12-15 per $100 value – but, if you don’t list them, and insure them separately, WHEN they are STOLEN – the company will replace them with hubcaps.
