How do you change a road wheelset into a fixed gear one?

So i have a regular 700x25C rear wheel, how can i convert it to accomodate a cog without the freewheel on it?
Would i need to get a new hub?

Maybe a 'Surley Fixxer' :

I think that the only other alternative is a new hub.

Halo Aerotrack Fix-G track wheelset review

We've tested previous Halo track wheelsets and been impressed with their toughness and quality, but what elevates this latest version is the innovative rear hub. The Fix-G replaces the thread with a shortened Shimano HG pattern spline, and the Halo HG sprockets slot on and are held with a lockring, so there’s no chance of it unwinding. Fixed wheels with a flip-flop hub (for swapping between fixed or freewheel) typically have traditional screw-on cogs. The other side of the hub has the traditional threads for running a freewheel, but if you only want to ride fixed Halo offer a cover cap that screws over them. Otherwise, the hub runs on the same buttery smooth, well sealed bearings as previous Halo wheels. The body is wide enough to tune the sprocket position with the included spacers to create the perfect chainline, and it’s wide enough to accept two cogs.

db bicycles: Rampar Fixed Gear/Single Speed, 21"/54cm Lugged Steel ...

Sports a rear flip/flop hub so this ride can be set up as a fixed gear or a coast-able single speed. Please indicate if you prefer fixed gear or a coast-able single speed when inquiring. Built up with a handbuilt rear wheel featuring a Formula cartridge bearing flip/flop hub laced to a shiny Velocity bright silver deep v rim. This bike would be ideal for riders 5'7" to 5'10" give or take. Either setup will feature a 52/17 ratio, a good quick setup for flat city streets. The base of this build is a Rampar R-Two frame made of lugged steel with copper paint.
