Where is a good place to get a cheap quality set of big tires and wheels for my truck?

I need a good set of offroad tires and a new set of wheels to mount them on. I'll also need to get a 3 inch body lift. I've looked at jc whitney and they dont really have much of a selection so are there any other websites or stores that would have

Now I love the wide tire look and want to make sure these are gonna be just as wide but Ive seen the tire in person and it just didnt look as wide. This is my first time buying new tires for it so Im wanting to make sure and Im not too familiar with all this. My wheel size is 16 so If im not mistaken Im needing a 395/70/R16. The tire wasnt mounted does that make it look different. Im wanting to get the MTZs in a 38 15. 50s in the ATZ like i have now and they looked like mine as far was width goes. Currently on my truck Im running the Mickey Thompson ATZs in a 36 15. Is the 395/70 not equal to a 38 15.
