A good strong 700c wheelset(at a reasonable price)?

I'm a biker. I don't especially enjoy looking like a hipster so I try to keep things on my bike simple(i.e. no bull horns, deep Vs, and a freewheel not a fixie). I've had my wheels for well over a year and put a considerable amount of miles on them.
If you are looking for a reliable wheel. A hand-built 32 spoke wheel is still always the most reliable.
Get the normal non deep dish, non flat spoke if you want parts to be easily replaceable. Also forego any fancy spoke lacing method
